We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Specialist to support our Construction & Infrastructure (C&I) Organization. Reporting to the VP of Construction & Infrastructure, you will play a key role in coordinating team activities, tracking project data, assisting with executive reporting, and ensuring smooth operations across various programs.
- Maintain and update program data in the C&I database (PM Web), assisting regional managers and project managers with updates via a ticketing system.
- Compile data and create executive-level reports, using PowerPoint and other visualization tools.
- Track obligations and deadlines related to IT, Operations, Airport Relations, GX, and Sustainability departments.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with airport master lease agreements.
- Respond to non-legal contract inquiries regarding rates, expiration dates, CPIs, terms, concession fees, and other contractual details.
- Collect and verify insurance certificates, working with procurement to ensure vendor compliance.
- Coordinate logistics for quarterly in-person team meetings.
- Support the VP with other administrative and project-related tasks as needed.
Minimum Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction, or architecture (preferred but not required—relevant experience may be substituted).
- 3-5 years of experience in construction or program management.
- Experience using construction program management software.
Additional knowledge and skills:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to create compelling presentations and reports.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to identify errors.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience interpreting business regulations, contracts, and technical documents.
- Comfortable presenting information and responding to questions from managers, clients, and stakeholders.
