The Customer Support Technician will be part of an elite and agile Operations and Sustainment team responsible for multiple GEOINT mission critical production systems and capabilities across the entire enterprise.

Responsibilities in this role include:
  • Provide user support and customer service on customer-supported computer applications and platforms.
  • Troubleshoot problems and advise on the appropriate action.
  • Responsible for initial assessment, triage, research, providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, or software.
  • Respond to queries, isolates problem, and determines/implements solution.
  • Responsible for collecting information through a customer conversation, accessing support tools, and additional support staff if needed.

Job Requirements:
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
  • Must have a current, active Top Secret/ SCI clearance
  • Associates Degree or equivalent education and/or certifications and 3-5 years’ of relevant experience
  • Must be able to communicate effectively (written and oral) across multiple teams and with senior company and customer management.
  • Knowledge of relevant call tracking applications
  • Knowledge and experience of customer service practices
  • Strong customer service skills and experience
  • Ability to work 24x7 rotating shift schedule (Including Holidays as needed)
  • Must obtain Security + Certification.


Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
  • Bachelors’ Degree and 2-5 years’ of relevant experience or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively (written and oral) across multiple teams and with senior company and customer management.
  • Knowledge of relevant call tracking applications
  • Knowledge and experience of customer service practices
  • Strong customer service skills and experience
  • Ability to work 24x7 rotating shift schedule


Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $77809 - $132275

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
