As an SAP SD CS Consultant, he/she should understand business processes and architecture of Airbus SAP landscape and define/suggest SAP best practices and Golden rules. Your area of responsibility will extend to designing, implementing, and supporting the Sales and Distribution (SD) and Customer Service (CS) modules within the SAP ERP system, focusing on managing sales orders, deliveries, billing, pricing, customer interactions, service orders, and related processes.
The candidate will join the spares & services team providing digital solutions to manage business processes throughout the Airbus group wide. As such, he/she needs to have a strong customer focus.
The candidate will work in an international, distributed and multi-functional team.
Qualification & Experience:
Graduate with 4-6 years of experience in SAP SD and CS modules.
In depth understanding of Order Management cycle / Sales and Distribution and Customer Service module related SAP processes.
Expertise in configuration of SAP Order management/CS processes
Sound knowledge on SAP CS including service contracts, service orders, service notifications, repair orders, repair processing, spares parts management and warranty management
In Depth process knowledge of Sales, Shipping, Billing, Availability Check, Transportation, Pricing Conditions, Account Assignment, Sales support, Credit management, Handling Unit Management
Configured core process of CS module based on SAP recommended practices for Service order management, repair processing.
Extensive knowledge of Service work orders and integration throughout repairs process
Strong understanding & experience in Integration of CS and SD with Material Management, Logistics Execution and Financial Accounting modules.
Good knowledge on iDoc processing, EDI
S4 HANA implementation experience is an added advantage
Responsibilities
Responsible for the successful delivery of the SAP SD and CS module related deliverables in SAP and S4 HANA implementation, support, and upgrade projects.
Provide functional and business process expertise to the project team, resolve SD and CS related issues
Knowledge and experience in implementation planning, fit analysis, configuration, testing, rollout and post-implementation support.
Experience in working with teams to prioritize work and drive system solutions by clearly articulating business needs
Ensure customer facing for requirement analysis and delivery.
