Job Duties:
Supports Human Resource Department, coordination, and application of company-wide human resources policies, procedures, and practices.
Handles the onboarding and offboarding activities for all new hires and terminations within the company.
Coordinates and follows procedures relating to the Company’s drug and alcohol program under FAA/DOT regulations.
Maintains employee files and databases.
Schedules and coordinates new employee orientation, including fingerprinting and other pre-employment requirements such as badging.
Screens and routes HR phone and email inquiries from employees and outside vendors.
Demonstrates a high level of professionalism in dealing with confidential and sensitive issues.
Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
REQUIREMENTS:
Basic knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
Proficient in HRIS Systems, Word and Excel. Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm. Experience with Workday is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Management, or a related field preferred
One to two years related experience
