Job Description:

The Security Analyst is responsible for gathering, analyzing, and disseminating physical security-related threat intelligence to support the protection of our Fixed Base Operations (FBOs) across the network. This includes conducting threat intelligence and open-source analysis, monitoring and trending security incidents (internal and external), assessing travel risks, and delivering actionable intelligence briefings and reports to support physical security decision-making in the aviation/FBO environment.

This role will also support the administration of internal security platforms related to their role, such as threat intelligence monitoring, incident management, and risk analysis platforms - leveraging these systems for real-time threat and post-incident analysis. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, detail-oriented, and have a strong understanding of physical security principles in an aviation environment.

  • Assess and contextualize intelligence findings, producing clear and actionable recommendations to leadership and site-level teams.
  • Develop and maintain intelligence reports and security advisories for dissemination across the organization.

Incident Analysis & Trend Reporting:

  • Analyze internal security incident data to identify trends, root causes, and potential vulnerabilities.
  • Produce routine and ad-hoc analytical reports summarizing findings and recommending preventative measures and best practices.
  • Track security metrics and KPIs to support risk mitigation strategies and continuous improvement.
  • Program Development & Risk Mitigation
  • Provide security recommendations based on intelligence and incident analysis to enhance physical security protocols across FBOs.
  • Assist in updating security standards, procedures, and emergency response plans based on evolving threats.
  • Support training initiatives by informing content with real-world analysis and threat trends.

Platform Support & Administration:

  • Configure and manage internal platforms/tools used for threat intelligence monitoring, security incident reporting, risk management, and vulnerability assessment, to allow for maximum utilization and efficiency in support of your roles and responsibilities.
  • Assist in identifying appropriate tools and/or resources (existing or additional) deemed necessary for the execution of your role and responsibilities – building business cases when necessary to aid in expanding or obtaining such resources.

Minimum Education and/or Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, Intelligence Studies, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a security analyst, intelligence, or investigations-related role; experience in the aviation sector is highly desirable.

Additional knowledge and skills:

  • Proven experience with OSINT tools and public source monitoring platforms.
  • Familiarity with threat intelligence platforms (TIPs) and security information sharing environments.
  • Experience with incident management systems and data analytics platforms.
  • Exceptional analytical, communication, and report-writing skills.
  • Ability to interpret complex data sets and present findings in a concise, actionable format.
  • Discretion and sound judgment in handling sensitive or confidential information.
  • Experience working in a multinational or enterprise-scale environment.
