To audit & reconcile inventory data from catering locations to ensure accurate inventory reporting. Order product for non LSG locations 

• Conduct Inventory Checks at all CSCs and Supplier. 
• Conduct On-Site Audits for major BOB CSCs to determine compliance with standard, share findings with CSCs.
• Develop Monthly product waste analysis and determine reasons
• Ensure a high level of integrity exists in processes, procedures and reconciled billing documents
• Collaborate with cross-functional team to promote communication, solicit ideas, discuss issues and identify solutions
• Develop and distribute weekly inventory reports, highlighting results and variances
• Work with RiM IT department to insure that Sales Data is Accurate and Timely
• Establish Processes to conduct the audit of sales file on a daily basis 
• Determine selling efficiencies per flight and product to form basis for reconciliation billing
• Develop reports to track data integrity issues involving missing transactions and timely data input
• Order product for select CSCs and assist with ordering as needed at other CSCs.
• Reconcile invoices from suppliers to actual purchases.
•  25 travel required

• Bachelor’s Degree required, advanced degree preferred
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of related experience required
• Strong organizational / communications skills with capacity to manage multiple project workload
• Ability to lead and facilitate, with excellent interpersonal skills
• Computer skills to include Strong Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SAP MM, Power BI
• Ability to interface with and coach at all levels within LSG Sky Chefs, as well as with the external customer and supplier representatives
• Successful record in stretching to exceed Corporate expectations and organizational contribution
• Candidates must reside in the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) Metroplex area or be willing to relocate prior to their start date
