SkyBridge Aviation is hiring avionics technicians and aircraft electricians in Central Texas.  

Job Duties:

• Installing aircraft avionics, test instrumentation, electronic equipment, and related components.
• Fabricating and installing aircraft wiring harnesses to include data, power, ground wires and associated pins, connectors, backs shells, cannon plugs, etc.
• Repairing and maintaining a variety of electrical equipment including aircraft, group support and instrumentation equipment.
• Collaborating with engineers to inform the design of electrical components and systems.
• Troubleshooting malfunctions, diagnosing problems and proposing repair/remediation strategies.
• Maintaining Quality Control documents to include shop orders, logbooks and Defective Material Reports (DMRs).
• Providing data for contracting records including parts utilized, time expended, and type of work performed, charge line number etc

Qualifications:

• 8+ years’ of related experience involving fabrication, installation, maintenance and repair including installing wire harness, avionics systems, etc. in the government and commercial aviation industry.
• Must be able to operate the following types of equipment: multimeter, oscilloscope, soldering iron, terminal crimpers, pin and socket insertion tools, and other instruments necessary in the testing and repair of electrical and avionics equipment.
