Overview: Aerotek Aviation is currently seeking to hire Avionics Technicians on a contract to hire basis in Guntersville, AL. These Avionics Technicians will support a long term UH-60 program performing phase maintenance and modification/installations US Military Blackhawks. This is a long term position with a great family friendly company.

Job Description:

Avionics Technicians will be performing glass cockpit installs and autopilot installs among other avionics installations and upgrades for various UH-60 Blackhawk models and configurations. In addition, Avionics Technicians will be expected to perform various phase maintenance functions and inspections.

Pay Rate: $36.00 an hour

Shift: 1st Shift, Monday - Thursday with OT as needed (10 hour shifts)

Skills & Qualifications:

3 -4+ years of Avionics experience

MUST have avionics modification and installation experience

MUST have avionics troubleshooting experience

UH-60 / Helicopter experience is preferred but not required - any military aircraft platform experience is acceptable

Must have set of tools or be able to get them within the first few weeks of employment
