ABOUT YOU- Strong administration & organisational skills
- Can think things through logically to simplify tasks
- Easily adapts to a variety of changes to ways of working and quickly react to operational issues.
- Can solve problems independently and/or make suggestions how to improve ways of working & embrace our digital culture.
- Fluent in verbal and written English. Additional languages advantageous.

ABOUT THE JOB- Monitoring and follow up of services planned through the multiple suppliers.
- Coordinating change and replanning during daily operations, for airport and ports and managing last minute bookings and amendments
- Ability to think quickly to replan, according to vehicle availability.
- Solving daily operational incidents relating to TUI Group package services
- Monitoring and managing constantly any changes, modifications and/or cancellations to be updated in the planning system for running a smooth operation.
- To meet standards with last minute requests (flight delays, crews, etc)
- To ensure portfolio benefits of services impacted for invoice purposes.
