We embrace a culture of diversity, equality and inclusion.
Embracing this culture is critical to our business success and makes us stronger together.
Our people have different knowledge, experiences, and backgrounds,
but all share a passion for our vision; to become the most loved and trusted airline in Europe”.

Are you our new Graphic Designer ?

We are looking for a Graphic Designer with a strong visual eye and a strategic mindset to bring our brand to life across various channels. In this role, you will create high-quality, on‑brand visual communication across all spaneting channels, supporting campaigns, content initiatives, and brand development. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams and play a key role in ensuring a consistent and impactful visual expression throughout the customer journey. This role is a 10-month maternity leave cover, and a inhouse position based in our Head office in Fornebu.

What is it like to work at Norwegian:

  • Developing channel- and audience-adapted material across the customer journey using a 360° design approach
  • Producing, adapting, and versioning assets according to channel, spanet, and technical requirements
  • Managing design projects independently from brief to final delivery with clear stakeholder communication
  • Translating spaneting and business strategies into effective, goal-driven visual communication
  • Acting as a design advisor and ensuring effective use of visual assets across the organisation
  • Safeguarding a consistent and on-brand visual expression across all touchpoints

You are our ideal candidate if you have:

  • Working proficiency in both English and Norwegian
  • A bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a relevant field, or equivalent professional experience
  • At least 2 years of experience producing high-quality spaneting material for digital and print
  • Experience working with larger or international brands and following brand guidelines
  • Professional proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong skills in graphic composition, digital layout, and motion graphics
  • A good understanding of how design supports spaneting strategy and business goals
  • A creative, proactive mindset with strong time-management skills in a fast-paced environment

We can offer:

Joining Norwegian means more than just a competitive salary — it’s about being part of a community that values and rewards your contributions.

Here’s what you can look forward to:

  • Travel in Europe and beyond with massively discounted employee priced tickets with Norwegian and our partner airlines
  • We have good pension schemes
  • Get comprehensive medical and travel insurance
  • You will have the flexibility to combine working from our office and from home
  • We offer a competitive salary
  • Possibility to participate in activities run by Norwegian SportsClub
  • Opportunity to join our share saving plan
