Job Title: Head of Site Management & Field Engineering

Are you an experienced leader with a strong background in large-scale construction and commissioning projects? We are seeking a Head of Site Management & Field Engineering to oversee multi-site airport baggage handling and parcel/packet systems projects. This high-impact role combines tactical execution with strategic planning to ensure operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and business growth.
About the Role
You will lead and develop a team of Site Managers and Field Engineers, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality installations. Reporting directly to senior operations leadership, you will set performance standards, optimize resources, and drive continuous improvement across all field operations.
Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and develop the site management and field engineering team.

Plan resource allocation, workload demand, and capacity across multiple projects.

Control project budgets, schedules, and quality benchmarks.

Oversee safety compliance, inspections, and audits to ensure a safe work environment.

Coordinate trade partners, suppliers, and on-site activities.

Develop KPIs to track performance and implement improvements where needed.

Maintain clear, proactive communication with internal teams and clients.

Drive customer satisfaction by exceeding service and delivery expectations.

Create long-term strategic plans to grow and enhance site management capabilities.
Requirements

Minimum 3 years managing multi-site BHS/PPS construction and commissioning teams.

Experience as a Site Manager on at least 3 U.S.-based BHS/PPS projects.

Skilled in construction scheduling, progress tracking, and cost control.

Knowledge of U.S. HSE standards and quality control processes.

Strong leadership and team-building abilities.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Prolog, Primavera, and AutoDesk tools.

Higher-level education in mechanical or electronic engineering (automation/controls focus preferred).

Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.

OSHA 10 certification and a Certified General Contractor (CGC) license are advantageous.

Willingness to travel up to 50.
