A great opportunity has arisen in Broughton for someone to join the Quality Team as a Quality Line Side IPQ Assessor for our aerospace client in Broughton Cheshire.
Ket Tasks:

- Perform industrial qualifications to ensure that an internal shop is enabled to perform an industrial process.
- Conduct validation of couple and IQ report.
- Collect evidence to evaluate compliance or non compliance to process.
- When non compliance occurs support impact analysis and recovery actions.
- Propose IQ status and Inform validator.

Responsibilities:

- To contribute to investigations and root cause analysis into reported quality / quality technical issues from business team and customer, to ensure appropriate containment, and archiving, corrective and curative action is taken by the accountable function through multifunctional teams.
- To actively participate to processes improvements.
- To analyse Process Capability results in order to ensure preventive and corrective actions are taken in case of process deviations.
