Position Responsibilities:
Works collaboratively to apply common products, processes, and tools to plan, design, develop, and verify complex systems across the lifecycle
Evaluates customer/operational needs to define and coordinate system performance requirements, integrate technical parameters and assure compatibility of all physical, functional and program interfaces
Performs various analyses to optimize the total system of systems and/or system architecture
Participates in the identification and resolution of cross-functional technical issues
Participates or leads trade studies to assess technical, cost, and schedule impacts
Participates in Risk, Issue and Opportunity (RIO) Board and/or Engineering Review Board (ERB)
Responsible for supporting new business/proposal activities
Ensures contractual compliance to the statement of work (SOW)
Participates in the development and flow down of requirements
Forecasts and tracks requirements compliance activities
Participates in the generation of responses to Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs) from the customer
Participates in planning and execution of program reviews (e.g., Preliminary Design Review, Critical Design Review) and applies Boeing command media to ensure they satisfy all entrance/exit criteria
This position is expected to be 100 onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.
This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement.
Associate, Level 2: 2 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience
Experienced, level 3: 5 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience
Lead, level 4: 9 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience
Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Summary Pay Range, Associates Level 2: $ 81,600 - $ 110,400
Summary Pay Range, Experienced Level 3: $ 97,750 - $ 132,250
Summary Pay Range, Lead Level 4: $ 119,850 - $ 162,150
