What are your contributions to the team?
- Be responsible to support the implementation of projects specifically in Quality Area (Conformity / Certification), you should develop controls and data, your deliverables will be daily and weekly according to KPIs.
- Process and Procedures involment to identify tools that help us improve.
- The Agent should validate and ensure that all the Quality requirements specified by Engineering are accomplished during the manufacturing process. Collaborate with physical and digital manage of Documentation.
- The Agent shall ensure all the QMS requirements are accomplished by all the bussiness units.
- Being an active asset to contribute in the manufacturing and productive activities of the team and company.
- Mandatory participation on incorporation of Projects and Development improvements (process, procedures).
- Have interaction with other areas, teams and sites will be daily basis activity. You should provide daily status on reports assigned.
- Collect data and communication is essential to manage the solution of potential problems on your specific area.
- Be responsible to update reports and databases that are key for the DMM reports. making sure updates are accurate and on time.
- Be responsible to assure inventory required for the area.
- Be part of a flexible and multidisciplinary team with 2 departments (Conformity & Composites). The need of the bussiness will define where to fit each day.
- Networking with different areas, inter sites and other plants.
- Participation on Audits (internal and external).
How to thrive in this role? Skills, knowledge & experience:
- You hold a Bachelor degree in Aeronautics, or related.
- You have 1 (one) year of experience in a quality related role.
- You hold and intermediate English proficiency level.
- You have solving problem abilities and show initiative to participate in the solutions.
- You are comfortable working in a teamwork environment providing indivudual results.
- You are proficient managing Microsoft Office 360 suite, share point, power BI, SAP, NCMS.
- You have a client service focusing.
- You have knowledge and ability to work with tools used during inspection of assy.
- You have ability to analyze drawings.
- You a driven by a quality culture and lean manufacturing principles.
