The Boeing Test & Evaluation (BT&E) organization is seeking a Test & Evaluation Engineer to join our team in Berkeley, MO. The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting the F/A-18 program (and possibly other programs) as a Test Program Integrator (TPI) – coordinating with the Boeing program office, the US Navy, and the applicable BT&E functions to estimate, plan, and execute laboratory and flight test efforts.
BT&E is currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Associate or Experienced level Test & Evaluation Engineers.
Position Responsibilities Include:
- Support the development and verification of test methods
- Develop detailed test procedures, and instrumentation and configuration definition, needed to perform the test and minimize risk within the constraints of the test plan
- Develop solutions to calibration systems problems of limited scope and impact
- Design test hardware, software and systems to achieve test requirements
- Use analytical tools to verify the design. Analyzes, processes, and formats data to customer requirements
- Review test data, including off-nominal data, for accuracy, quality and/or fidelity prior to delivery to customer
- Prepare and publish test reports to document test results and satisfy requirements.
- Present test results internally
- Archive data and reports
- Train others
- Work under general direction
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement
- Experience in the areas of developmental test, automotive or aerospace engineering
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- 3 or more years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 1+ years of experience in Aerospace, Manufacturing, Quality, or experience in a regulated industry
- 1+ years of experience do you have with ALL aspects of systems engineering – proposal, requirements/specifications design, analysis, development, test, verification/validation, and operations (field testing and deployment)
- End-to-end experience in a technical role on multiple flight demonstrator programs, from inception through engineering and production into test and knowledge capture

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as spanet and business considerations.
Summary pay range for associate level: $79,900 – $108,100
Summary pay range for experienced level: $95,200 – $128,800
