This hands-on position is responsible for fabricating and refurbishing aircraft interior furnishings.
Responsibilities of this position include:
- Performs basic stripping operations of coverings from existing interior panels and re-cover with new materials
- Repair damaged interior panels as directed
- Strip coverings from existing interior panels and re-cover with new materials
- Able to lead and direct disassemble and reassemble aircraft interiors
- Cut, fit and install aircraft carpeting as required.
- Works with team in order to complete established goals
- Repair damaged interior panels if directed by the Interior Install Crew Chief.

- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Excellent workmanship aptitude and a desire to initiate improvements
Other requirements include:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to attain and retain AOA badge or Airport requirements
- Six plus years midlevel interior Install/removal (aircraft, automotive, yacht, or RV) experience preferred

The base hourly range for this role is $25.00 to $40.00 per hour. The pay range provided is a good faith estimate representative of experience levels. Specific compensation for this role will be determined by several factors including but not limited to; minimum and preferred qualifications, knowledge, skills, abilities, education, experience and location.
