Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Interior Installer/Remover to join our corporate aircraft team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in installing and removing interior components of corporate aircraft, with a focus on delivering high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer service. Experience with Starlink systems is required.
Key Responsibilities
  • Interior Installation and Removal: Install and remove interior components of corporate aircraft, including seats, tables, and other furnishings.
  • Starlink Installation: Install and troubleshoot Starlink systems, ensuring proper functionality and integration with aircraft systems.
  • Aircraft Preparation: Prepare aircraft for interior installation or removal, including protecting surfaces and ensuring a safe working environment.
  • Quality Control: Conduct inspections to ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to customer specifications.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in corporate aircraft interior installation and removal.
  • Starlink Experience: Direct experience with Starlink systems, including installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
  • Skills:
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and drawings.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Performance Expectations
  • Quality Workmanship: Deliver high-quality workmanship, ensuring that all installations and removals meet customer specifications and company standards.
  • Efficiency: Complete tasks efficiently, meeting deadlines and minimizing downtime.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Safety: Maintain a safe working environment, adhering to established procedures and guidelines.
Work Environment
  • Work Schedule: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift, bend, and work in confined spaces.
  • Travel: May be required to travel with aircraft for installations or removals.
