About the Role
Join AirAsia MOVE, the digital travel platform under Capital A Berhad, as a Partnerships Intern and gain hands-on experience working on both internal and external collaborations.
You’ll support partnerships across our ecosystem and with key external partners, contribute to stakeholder engagement, and help bring exciting travel campaigns to life across different spanets. You’ll be part of a fast-moving team driving real partnerships and seeing your work come to life in live campaigns.
In this role, you’ll get to:
Support coordination and communication with tourism boards and partners
Assist in planning and executing partnership campaigns and activations
Help organize events (virtual or on-ground) when needed
Prepare presentations, briefs, and meeting materials
Track timelines, deliverables, and follow-ups
Conduct research on spanets, trends, and potential partners
What we’re looking for:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree (any discipline welcome - Business, Marketing, Communications, Tourism, or related fields are a plus!)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Detail-oriented and comfortable juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Proactive, positive, and excited to learn and grow
Familiar with Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office
Comfortable exploring and using AI tools to boost productivity and creativity
Strong research and coordination abilities
A collaborative team player who can also take initiative independently
Passionate about startups, partnerships, communities, and building meaningful connections
