MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- College degree or equivalent experience
- Four years material planning experience with two years in an aviation related industry using an automated inventory management system (i.e. MRP, SAP, MCA or DRP)
- One year experience in aircraft parts technical programs coordination Ability to read/write/speak French is a plus.
- Ability to work as part of a team with other departments and to manage programs with little supervision
- Intermediate-level proficiency in the use of PC Windows business software (Microsoft Office preferred). Familiarity with FAA regulations with regards to parts procurement, documentation and traceability.
- Experienced in the use of industry standard Illustrated Parts Catalogs, ATA Technical Manuals.
- Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbally) with both internal and external customers in a professional manner
ADDITIONAL DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- APICS certification or CPIM
- Proficiency with databases and queries

- Office environment.

- Some travel (domestic and international) may be required.
NON-PRINCIPAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES (NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS):
PRINCIPAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS):
- Prepare the DFJ spares organization to support the release of DA and DFJ Service Bulletins for
- Parts Support
- New buy parts for F6X and 10X
- Issue material requisitions for purchase
- Administer inventory updates for long-tenn planning Manage all MADS for assigned parts
- Commercial Issues
- Coordinate the SB Advisories review for DFJ (warranty dept/Spares spaneting/Account rep/Service Engineering)
- Administer commercial notes in the Spares System (FACTS)
- Present informative sessions to the account reps group for special programs.
- Prepare the DFJ spares organization to support the release of vendor service bulletins and monitor special spares technical programs progress for F6X and F10X.
- Communicate with Management and other DFJ personnel regarding all vendor issues.
- Assist the Account Representatives with the resolution of customer issues regarding Technical program status.
- Other duties may be assigned by management to meet department or business objectives on an as needed basis.
Compensation and Benefits
The compensation for this position typically falls between $80,000 and $100,000 per year. This position is not eligible for overtime. This position may be eligible for a sign on bonus, shift differential or relocation assistance.
Note, the final compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of relevant experience, Falcon-specific experience, relevant education/certifications, geographic location, and shift.
