Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for a Supply Chain Specialist (Associate) to join our team in Hazelwood, MO.
Position Responsibilities:
Validating shop/supplier schedules and ensure schedules are performing to plan
Ensure data in systems accurately reflects current status
Developing solutions to complex problems that are consistent with organizational objectives
Perform Root Cause Analysis/end of month escapes analysis
The candidate will serve as a primary focal and external spokesperson for their orders and be expected to brief leadership on major matters pertaining to the performance and delivery of their transactional spare requirements
Assist in identification and resolution of supply chain management constraints, discrepancies, and risks that impact on-time delivery and revenue capture
Assist in monitoring performance metrics, perform trend analysis and take mitigating action to meet performance objectives
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously to ensure strong financial performance and on-time delivery of spares contracts
Primary systems and tool’s include PC Queries, BRAIDSS, Compass Contract (DG11), MESci, SCARS, SMPP, NWP, MS2, GOLD, and Microsoft Excel
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
1+ years experience using strong analytical and problem-solving skills
1+ years experience with Microsoft Excel application using formulas, VLookups, pivot tables, charts, filters, and linking worksheets
1+ years experience working with cross-functional or cross-organizational teams to develop and implement plans, schedules, or solutions
1+ years experience working in Supply Chain Management
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Experience in a role requiring strategic planning (project/program management).
Basic understanding of constraint process
Experience in using production control systems: BRAIDSS, MESci, Compass Contract (DG11)
Experience in using the GOLD system

Summary pay range: $63,750.00 - $86,250.00
