Seeking A&Ps to join our team in Cheyenne, Wyoming. We are a pending Part 145 Repair Station that performs inspections, repairs, and upgrades on all manner of aircraft. Current capabilities include Avionics, Maintenance, Structures, and Paint. With various departments, we have a role for you in our fast growing environment.
MAINTENANCE
Our Maintenance team performs annuals with multiple IA's on staff. Inspection Authorization course offered when eligible based on performance. We also perform pre-purchase inspections, AOG services, and general repairs.
ENGINES
Our Engines department is seeing rapid contracted growth requiring full-time staffing of multiple technicians. With a large amount of overhauls proposed through contracts, we expect to facilitate 3-4 engines per month. Factory engine training will be provided to technicians as needed. Piston experience required with turbine highly desirable.
AVIONICS
Our Avionics department is pending 91.411/413 approval through our 145. Currently an Avidyne dealer with many other key manufacturers pledging dealerships upon Repair Station approval. We perform all manner of installs and repairs from simple harnesses to glass panels. Panels are designed, cut, and laser-engraved in house.
STRUCTURES
Our Structures department performs complex repairs and part fabrication using a well-equipped fabrication shop. We have multiple lasers on site to cut material to exacting tolerances. Our alodine tanks and heat-treat ovens allow for proper manufacturer-spec built parts. With multiple advanced 3D printers, we have the design and engineering team to create custom tooling, jigs, and templates for efficient work. With a current projected workload reaching into 2027, a structures technician has a variety of tasks to stay active and learn new methods of fabrication.
PAINT
Our Paint department works with small touch-ups to full strip-and-shoot paint jobs. We have an Axalta paint bank here that facilitates color-matching. With multiple aircraft requiring repaint in the next few years, we need paint techs to help handle the increasing workload. Procurement of additional buildings is underway for out paint facility expansion.
