Join a leading aviation maintenance team supporting Bombardier business jet programs in Wichita, KS.
We are seeking an experienced A&P Mechanic / Aircraft Maintenance Technician to perform aircraft maintenance, troubleshooting, inspections, and repairs on corporate aircraft including Global and Challenger platforms.
This role supports a high-performance business aviation maintenance environment, ensuring aircraft safety, reliability, and airworthiness standards are consistently met.
- Perform aircraft maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, and installations on business jets
- Conduct scheduled and unscheduled maintenance in accordance with FAA regulations
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical aircraft system issues
- Perform component removal, installation, and system repairs
- Assist with engine removal/installation, fueling, and ground operations support
- Complete all work documentation in accordance with maintenance manuals and regulatory requirements
- Ensure compliance with FAA regulations, safety procedures, and Environmental Health & Safety standards
- Operate ground support equipment as required
- Maintain clean and organized work areas using 5S principles
- Provide off-site maintenance support when required
- Work collaboratively with maintenance teams to ensure aircraft readiness and dispatch reliability
- Valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) license required
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an A&P Mechanic or Aircraft Maintenance Technician
- Experience working on business jets, corporate aircraft, or large fixed-wing aircraft preferred
- Strong background in aircraft maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair
- Must own and maintain basic hand tools (etched tools and shadowed toolbox required)
- Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as required
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Basic computer literacy required
- Ability to obtain a SIDA badge (if applicable)
- Must be a U.S. citizen or authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
