Job Title: Aircraft Structural TechnicianJob Description
We are seeking skilled Aircraft Structural Technicians for three distinct roles. These positions involve working on various aircraft and components, including flight controls and structural elements such as elevators, ailerons, and rudders. Candidates will work in one of the following settings: Structures Backshop, Commercial Hangar, or Government Hangar.
Responsibilities
- Repair, refurbish, and fabricate flight controls and structural components.
- Perform sheet metal riveting, precision drilling, fabrication, countersinking, reaming, cutting, deburring, and trimming.
- Consistently use various sheet metal fasteners such as button head rivets, countersunk rivets, blind rivets, CherryMAX rivets, Hi-Loks, and Hi-lites.
- Work on a wide variety of corporate jets and general aviation aircraft in a Part 145 MRO environment.
- Conduct C & D Checks on Dornier 328 intelligence aircraft with a focus on corrosion repair.
Essential Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in aircraft repairs, maintenance, or modifications.
- Ownership of a basic set of tools.
- Experience with sheet metal, airframe, and sheet metal repair.
- Ability to interpret blueprints and perform aircraft maintenance tasks.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Heavy Maintenance experience is preferred.
- Corporate Aircraft experience is a plus.

Work Environment
Work in climate-controlled, FAA-regulated hangars with a casual dress code. The schedule is a 4-day work week, Monday to Thursday or Tuesday to Friday, from 7:00 am to 5:30 pm. Overtime is often available but not guaranteed.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.
