Position Summary:
This Heavy Maintenance Aircraft Technician position will report to the Macon Maintenance Manager. The aircraft technician will be responsible for completing aircraft inspections and heavy checks. etc. This position requires the technician to display a professional demeanor and strong communication skills. Must possess adequate knowledge of Corporate Aircraft and be familiar with the Bombardier Challenger, CRJ-200 Line of Aircraft. This challenging position is key to providing TSC Operation with a safe, well maintained, reliable aircraft.
We are looking to fill multiple Aircraft Technician positions at our Macon, GA facility.
Key Responsibilities (Essential Functions):
- Perform incoming inspections on corporate aviation aircraft.
- Perform maintenance on a variety of aircraft configurations.
- Perform a wide range of maintenance duties to include inspections, repair, and servicing of aircraft.
- Perform maintenance IAW with FAA approved technical data and Tri State GMM guidelines.
- Perform heavy checks and maintenance of all Tri State Charter aircraft on the schedule.
- Read and interpret aircraft maintenance manuals and specifications to determine feasibility and methods of repairing or replacing malfunctioning or damaged components.
- Maintenance hangar/shop cleanup, organization, and basic office duties.
- Accurately complete all appropriate maintenance, work order, and paperwork.
- Review and ensure all required entries into the aircraft electronic computer systems IAW GMM requirements.
- Operate and maintain Company vehicles.
