Job Description:

Ensure that all frontliners adhere to RJ grooming standards, including uniform presentation and personal hygiene.

Conduct regular grooming checks for frontliners appearance and provide constructive feedback and corrective actions.

Assist in organizing specific grooming sessions and workshops for both genders

Implement any new “grooming” changes and updates.

Promote a positive work environment by encouraging a professional attitude among all frontliners.

Address attitude-related concerns discreetly, providing support and guidance as needed.

Work closely with the concerned management to identify certain requirements for individual or group(s).

Report any incidents or cases where violations are found

Prepare daily, weekly, and periodic reports for stakeholders.
