This 12-month consultant opportunity is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving complex order and service challenges, and understands the importance of delivering outstanding customer experiences.
In this role, you will help ensure customers receive the spare parts, products, and support they need to keep aircraft operating efficiently. Your work will directly impact customer satisfaction, supply chain performance, and operational success.
What You’ll DoAs part of the customer support team, you will manage critical order activity, coordinate across departments, and serve as a key point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities- Review customer purchase orders to assess requirements and ensure accurate processing
- Enter and maintain customer orders within ERP systems and customer portals
- Coordinate with warehouse, sales, quality, and internal teams to resolve order issues quickly
- Prioritize orders based on ship dates, urgency, and customer needs
- Research order discrepancies and resolve issues using ERP systems and internal resources
- Monitor open orders and drive timely resolution of pending items
- Expedite high-priority and complex orders to ensure on-time shipment
- Manage customer claims involving accounting, quality assurance, returns, and credit/rebill processes
- Identify root causes of recurring issues and recommend corrective actions
- Support accounts receivable activities including payment follow-up and cash collection coordination
- Maintain pipeline health by tracking part demand, usage trends, and contract fulfillment
- Build strong customer relationships through responsive communication and reliable support
- Develop performance metrics and reporting to improve service levels
What You BringRequired Qualifications- 6+ years of related professional experience
- Experience in Program Management and/or Customer Support
- Hands-on experience working with SAP systems or similar ERP platforms
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Ability to analyze reports and translate data into action
- This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience in aerospace hardware sales
- Knowledge of the aerospace or aviation industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong numerical reasoning and math skills
- Customer-focused mindset with a sense of urgency and professionalism

Pay Details: $16.21 to $20.15 per hour
