Delta Vacations, a Delta Air Lines company, is seeking an Air Product Integration Manager to play a critical role in advancing air distribution technology and supporting revenue management systems (RMS). Responsible for leading AIR DLV’s transition to modern distribution platforms, particularly Delta’s New Distribution Capability (NDC), and ensuring technical alignment across the Delta enterprise. This role will join the Air Distribution Technology & Revenue Management Support team, reporting directly to the Head of Air Distribution Technology.

WHAT ELSE WILL YOU BE DOING (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS)
  • Lead the technical roadmap for Air Distribution Technology and RMS, overseeing the end-to-end delivery of products and features that align with business and system goals.
  • Manage cross-functional initiatives from ideation to production, ensuring alignment with corporate IT strategies and Agile development practices. This includes defining requirements, prioritizing features, and coordinating testing and deployment.
  • Drive DLV’s transition to NDC, focusing on system integration, data consistency, and technical enablement across distribution channels.
  • Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to ensure scalable, reliable, and secure implementation of air distribution capabilities.
  • Identify and implement process improvements that enhance system performance and user experience across third-party channels.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to product owners, fostering best practices in product development and integration.
  • Serve as a liaison to Delta Vacations IT, translating business needs into technical requirements and ensuring alignment with broader air technology strategies.
  • Contribute to functional design based on deep understanding of user needs, system capabilities, and integration points across platforms.
This full-time position is located at Delta Vacations Headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia. SALARY RANGE
$58344 – $97863 annually
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Delta Vacations Corporate Headquarters, Atlanta, Georgia
POSITION TYPE/STANDARD SCHEDULE
Full-Time, Monday through Friday; 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Occasional evening and weekend may be required as job duties demand.
TRAVEL
Domestic travel may be required to fulfill assigned responsibilities. Travel to MSP is required to gain a comprehensive understanding of operations and build effective working relationships.

What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)

  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university; or equivalent work experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong PC skills including MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint required
  • Strong project management skills
  • Deep understanding of airline distribution, pricing, GDS, and direct-connect capabilities
  • Ability to prioritize and successfully manage multiple projects/deadlines simultaneously
  • Outstanding collaborative skills, with the ability to work well with other commercial areas in a time-sensitive and cooperative manner
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Embraces a diverse set of people, thinking, and styles
  • Results-oriented and capable of meeting or exceeding deadlines with keen attention to detail and follow-through
  • Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data.

  • Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.
  • Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.
What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications)

  • Experience working in air pricing & distribution, sourcing, or related fields preferred
  • Two years of management/supervisor role experience preferred
  • Three years of Agile experience or PMP certification preferred
  • Versatile, broad airline/tour/hospitality background preferred
