Deliver end‑to‑end performance management, financial governance, and analytical support for all Product & Hospitality projects. Build robust business cases, track deliverables, and provide insights that maximise value, control cost, and improve implementation speed.

• Performance Framework – Oversee the design, implementation of KPIs, dashboards, and reporting cycles for product & hospitality initiatives. Lead cross-functional teams in continuously refining these tools to ensure alignment with business objectives, facilitating data-driven decision-making at all levels.

• Business Cases Staregy & Execution– Lead the development and execution of financial models and scenario analyses for new concepts, ensuring alignment with both short-term and long-term strategic and commercial goals. Drive high-level decision-making by presenting actionable insights to senior stakeholders and executives.

• Project Tracking – Take full accountability for monitoring the performance of project timelines, budgets, and risks. Recommend and implement corrective actions for variances, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget while meeting quality standards.

• Stakeholder Alignment – Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Product Managers, Finance, Procurement, and Operations teams. Lead the validation of assumptions, secure buy-in, and drive approvals for key initiatives, fostering cross-functional collaboration and alignment with strategic objectives.

• Budget Planning – Lead the coordinatation of annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and cost‑centre reviews. Provide a strategic oversight for budget allocation across the functions.

• Executive Reporting – Develop & deliver high-level performance reports, including monthly performance packs and board‑level briefs on ROI, milestones, and risks.

• Process Improvement – Identify efficiency gaps; drive continuous‑improvement initiatives across the delivery lifecycle.

• Data Governance – Ensure integrity of financial and operational data; champion BI tools for self‑service insights.

• Contract Support – Provide analytical input for supplier negotiations and contract renewals.

• Bachelor’s in Finance, Business, or related field (MBA preferred). 
• 5+ yrs in business performance, FP&A, or project analytics within aviation, hospitality, or similar service industry; ≥ 3 yrs managing project deliverables.
• Advanced financial modelling, KPI design, and BI/reporting skills; PMP/PRINCE2 an advantage.
• Proven ability to present complex data clearly and influence cross‑functional stakeholders.
