- Management of all A/C and WH handling processes at the stations in compliance with directives
- Achievement of financial and non-financial handling KPIs, performance analysis & corrective action
- Operational steering of own staff and service providers
- Contribution to LCAG Supplier Relationship Mgt. activity and participation in negotiations on external handling services
- Responsibility for organizing and opening new stations
- Implementation of central process directives and regional measures supporting worldwide Handling strategy
- Management of necessary interfaces with airport, customs & authorities
- Disciplinary leadership of the local handling team and promotion of people development
- Plans/manages economical utilization of all manpower to maintain standards
* Takeover of additional tasks when required
Requirements

- High school diploma/GED required
- Bachelors degree desirable
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience in the logistics or airline industry required
- Alternatively, good knowledge of comparable international airline/ logistics industry structures
- Fluency in English language
- Advanced professional operations know how & skills in an airline or logistics environment
- Computer literate as user
- Excellent leadership skills
- Excellent quality consciousness
- Excellent productivity driven
- Responsible for employees
- Willingness to travel
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
- Must be willing to work shifts
- Manages time pressure
- Manages stress levels
- Outdoor weather conditions
- Must posses a work permit in Mexico
