• Responsible for leading the Long-Haul network planning team
• Develop widebody seasonal deployment plans as well as five-year plans
• Collaboration with our Joint Business Partners throughout the World on schedule and network strategy
• Management and development of a high performing team

• Drives network capacity decisions through the use of data and develops efficient and operable schedules in collaboration with the Long-Haul scheduling team
• Solves complex network problems by developing innovative, yet pragmatic, solutions for the business
• Drives consensus on capacity decisions working collaboratively with his/her peers inside and outside of Network Planning as well as with Joint Business partners
• Develops team members to be well-rounded network planning analysts and strategic, analytical problem solvers
• Presents results and makes recommendations to Senior Management, regarding future capacity decisions and spanet adjustments

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

• ​Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience/training
• 3 years experience in airline network planning, revenue management or financial analysis, including extensive quantitative analysis and modeling experience
