Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) in support of program objectives, incorporating inputs from cross-functional teams and tooling operations.
Coordinate and align tool orders across multiple programs using scheduling and demand management systems, ensuring tool readiness aligns with program needs.
Partner with Finance, Operations, Tooling Design, Manufacturing Engineering, and Program teams to ensure accurate forecasting, task tracking, and work prioritization.
Conduct schedule performance tracking, identifying variances, conducting impact analyses, and recommending recovery plans to keep deliverables on track.
Assist Control Account Managers (CAMs) by tracking IMS tasks, analyzing schedule data, and raising red flags on delays or downstream impacts.
Build and deliver data-driven reports and dashboards using Excel or other tools to aid stakeholder decisions.
Support change management by assessing impacts of change requests on tooling schedules and providing updates to affected teams.
Contribute to risk assessments and schedule-related mitigation planning.
Maintain revision control and configuration management of all schedule baselines and planning documents.
Qualifications:
- Education: Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience required
- Experience: Prior experience in scheduling, planning, or program support roles
Required Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
Strong understanding of planning and scheduling principles
Ability to collaborate across multiple disciplines and functional teams
Strong communication skills for status reporting and stakeholder coordination
Experience with data analytics and variance analysis
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Microsoft Project, Open Plan Professional (OPP), or other IMS tools
Background in tooling, supply chain, production, or manufacturing operations
Familiarity with Material Requirements Planning (MRP) or demand systems
Exposure to risk analysis, program/project management, or CAM support
