Job Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Quality, Mechanical, Chemical, and/or Systems Engineering or similar required; Will 2 year technical degree in engineering with 10 years of professional quality enigneering experience, in lieu of degree.
- 5 years of quality manufacturing experience.
- 2 years of management, supervisory, or leadership professional experience.
- Must be U.S. Person in compliance with U.S. ITAR regulations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Aerospace or aircraft parts manufacturing industry experience in the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter program
- Excellent communications skills and ability to organize and implement multiple concurrent tasks.
- Aerospace or aircraft parts manufacturing industry experience
- Structured problem solving tools (PFMEA, DOE, 5-why, etc.).
- Knowledge of AS9100, Rev D
- Skills with Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Proficient with product analysis in a model based definition (CATIA V5, UGNX, etc.) environment.
- Internal audit training/experience and statistical analysis experience highly preferred.
- Advanced skills with Excel, plus Mini tab and Visual Basic preferred
Compensation Data
Compensation Range: $134,876.00 - $168,594.00 annually
