In this dynamic position, you’ll take charge of our equipment and sanitation programs—managing inventory, streamlining maintenance, and ensuring every piece of equipment meets the highest standards of safety and performance. You’ll develop innovative SOPs, lead a talented team of technicians, and build strong partnerships with vendors to keep our operations ahead of the curve. • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience that shows your readiness to lead and grow
• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in a related role, with a passion for problem-solving and leadership
• Strong communication and people skills—you know how to connect, guide, and inspire a team
• A natural ability to lead others toward shared goals and drive productivity
• Familiarity with key safety and regulatory standards like OSHA, GMP, FDA, USDA, and EPA
• Excellent multitasking and organizational skills—you thrive in fast-paced environments
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and other Windows-based applications to stay organized and efficient
