Responsibilities
- Coordinate with all departments to ensure operational success.
- Oversee quality, schedule, and budget objectives.
- Manage and enhance the customer experience.
- Build and maintain strong working relations with customers and partners.
- Lead and motivate the team to achieve operational goals.
Essential Skills
- Airframe and Powerplant License.
- Extensive technical knowledge of commercial aircraft.
- Five years of previous line maintenance experience.
- Strong team leadership skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs).
- Broad-based management experience in aviation.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Positive working relationship with airlines and fractionals.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and physical.
- At least two years of directly related experience.
