Test Automation Manager

Job Description:

Tasks

Improve backend test automation
Define and maintain common standards and scripts for test automation
Train the team on the set standards and monitor their implementation
Apply different technologies to support development teams
Support team QAs with all questions related to test automation
Provide technical onboarding in backend testing for new team team members
Support general topics within the system team as needed

Requirements

At least 5 years of experience in software testing
In-depth knowledge of Smartbear ReadyAPI
CI/CD using Azure DevOps
Scripting skills (Linux Bash, Python)
Business English
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field
Nice to have: ISTQB certification (preferably Technical Test Analyst or Automated Software Tester)
Nice to have: Java programming skills
