Tasks
Your tasks as a Transportation Supplier Manager may include, among other:
- Monitoring supplier performance and ensuring compliance with service-level agreements and all regulations
- Hold Regular meetings and performance dialogues with suppliers
- Participate in or drive tenders. Provide tender analysis and recommendations
- Relationship Management
- Address Systemic service failures for resolution
- Escalation point for billing topics, service failures
- Review service changes by a provider and ensure impact is communicated
- Coordinate and ensure the proper onboarding of new transport providers
- Maintain a robust Supplier Performance Reporting
- Create reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
- Support and assist IT and Process Management in project implementation at all locations across US
* Perform all other duties as assigned or required

Requirements
To excel in this role, we seek candidates who possess a combination of the following qualifications and skills
- High school diploma/GED required
- Bachelor’s degree desirable
- 2+ years of experience in Logistics and Vendor Relations required
- Freight audit and billing experience required
- Fluency in English language required
- German language desirable
- Knowledge in vendor management and transportation required
- Excel/ Word/ PowerPoint/ Outlook as user
- Experience with aTMS system, SAP, or other ERP
- Excellent analytical skills
- Excellent business sense
