Job Description:

Tasks

Define and implement design and research strategy aligned with the product strategy
Collaborate closely with product leadership to integrate UCD practices into product strategy. Determine priorities of research and design topics supporting and challenging product strategy
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to establish clear design and research objectives
Lead and develop design and research artefacts, including design system
Define and manage design and research priorities guiding task allocation within the team, in collaboration with leadership
Champion UCD practices and processes in the team and across the organization, following industry standards
Support development of team members through mentoring, guidance and feedback

Requirements

BSc/MSc degree in design, usability engineering, or other relevant fields
At least 8 years of experience in design, with a proven track record of leading design teams and delivering exceptional design solutions in fast moving environments
Demonstrated promotion of a user-centered design process and collaboration with product managers/owners, stakeholders, and developers
Demonstrated experience in development of complex b2b products
Experienced in building design systems
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong English and Polish skills (written and spoken)
Willingness to travel (up to 10)
Readiness to work in a hybrid model - 2 days a week in the office in Gdańsk
