Synopsis

Monitor and coordinate the execution of a sub set of activities or short-term projects within established procedures and standards to ensure project activities are completed according to plan, schedule and Budget to reduce risk exposure.

Accountabilities
  • Gather, consolidate and review business requirements with project sponsors /customers to ensure proper scoping of the project.
  • Participate in drafting project and solution approach to ensure they reflect business needs and are compliant to established methodology.
  • Conduct trials and analyze viability of proposed solutions.
  • Review and analyze program / project data to identify issues and risks to ensure that corrective actions are planned and implemented by Project Management.
  • Consolidate and submit program status reports to senior program / project management on time and in a complete manner for effective decision making.
  • Develop and present internal communication plans to senior management to ensure all relevant information are available to relevant stakeholders and project teams for effective decision making.
  • Monitor project/program execution to ensure all processes are executed in adherence to program policies Participate in the development of best practice documents, to contribute to PMO knowledge exchange across
  • the organization.
  • Monitor, enhance and execute the department OPEX program in line with the identified KPIs.
Education & Experience
  • Minimum Diploma (2 years or more), Project management qualification (e.g. PMP, APM, or PMI membership) or knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g. PRINCE2, Agile Project Management) is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience within terminal operations in a leading role such as Team Leader and/or Supervisor.
  • Data analytical experience is preferred.
  • Advance knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
