The Compliance Monitoring Function at easyJet is a multi-disciplinary team of professionals dedicated to ensuring safety and compliance across the organisation. This team develops and implements an integrated approach to monitor compliance throughout the entire easyJet entity, including Group Operations Services (GOS) and all easyJet Certificated Organisations in the UK, Austria, and Switzerland. The Compliance Surveyor is primarily responsible for the delivery of audits, inspections and assessments to ensure we meet all applicable regulatory & business requirements. The role has wider responsibilities across all Compliance Monitoring activities to ensure we continuously improve our Compliance Monitoring System and wider Integrated Management System.
What you need to do this role
As a Compliance Monitoring Surveyor, you will have experience and excellent knowledge of EASA and/or UK aviation regulations along with Health & Safety regulations. You will also have a background in Compliance Monitoring, Quality Control/Assurance, Health & Safety or have experience carrying out audits or inspections in an aviation environment. It is desirable for you to hold an Internal or Lead Auditor qualification, a Health & Safety qualification, ISO 9001 standard training or equivalent.
You must have a clear understanding of Compliance Monitoring, Health & Safety and/or Management Systems. Experience and knowledge of Flight Operations, Ground Operations, Crew Training, Health & Safety and/or Environmental Management systems would also be desirable.

Location & Hours of Work
This full-time role will be based in Luton (hybrid working options available) and will be 40 hours per week. Frequent travel across the easyJet network is essential for this role so flexibility is key.
