Location: Fossil Creek, TX Payrate: $17/hour Schedule: 4pm until route completion

As a Driver Merchandiser Assistant, you’ll be the extra set of hands that keeps products moving from delivery trucks to store shelves. Your work ensures customers find stocked, organized, and visually appealing displays—helping drive sales and brand success in every store you visit.
What You’ll Do Every Day
Delivery Support
Ride along with a company driver to retail locations
Help unload and transport products into stores
Move items using hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other basic equipment
Stocking & Merchandising
Stock shelves, coolers, racks, and displays
Rotate inventory so older products are placed first
Build, maintain, and take down product displays
Clean and organize shelves, coolers, and display areas
Place and maintain product signage
Back Room & Inventory Support
Keep storage areas clean, organized, and easy to access
Properly group and store backstock
Identify damaged or defective items and set them aside
Assist with basic store paperwork when needed
Teamwork & Communication
Follow the driver’s instructions and work as a team at all times
Interact professionally with store staff
Always enter stores alongside the company driver
What You Bring
Required Qualifications
Ability to perform physical work (lifting, carrying, standing for extended periods)
Willingness to work flexible hours and travel to different store locations
Ability to follow safety procedures and site access rules
Strong reliability and a team-oriented mindset
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in merchandising, stocking, warehouse, or delivery support
Familiarity with pallet jacks or hand trucks
Strong attention to detail and organization

Pay Details: $17.00 per hour
