About the role
The Ecommerce Content Coordinator is responsible for supporting in maintaining accuracy and completeness of eCommerce and Digital content and ensuring a high level of content quality for Product Catalogue & Web-site pages via (i) effective multi stakeholder coordination, (ii) content quality and integrity review and improvement, and (iii) timely updates of assets and attributes.
Harmonize and proof-read product descriptions, attributes and other copy to ensure a high standard of content consistency
Source product and brand content from reliable and official sources, adapting it to QDF’s content specifications, in order to maintain completeness of customer-facing information
Conduct competitive benchspaning on content and competitive content audits in order to provide insight for informed business decisions internally
Coordinate product and brand content delivery directly with brand partners/agencies, and any contentrelated activities directly with internal stakeholders (e.g. Content Studio, Warehouse, Marketing, etc.) in order to maintain a fast pace of delivery
Update content and product information directly in the PIM (Product Information Management) and CMS
(Content Management System) [KZ1] systems to ensure seamless and timely content syndication
Assist in the implementation of content, campaigns and landing pages within the eShop to ensure shopping experience of highest quality
Perform other department duties related to his / her position as directed by the Head of the Department

Qualifications
About you
The successful candidate will have the following:
Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent
Minimum of 2 years of job-related experience
Job Specific Skills:
Good MS Excel proficiency (advanced use of stock functions)
Fluent English
Digital Shelf fundamentals
Ability to establish efficient communication (both within the company & with external parties)
High level of ownership & professional independency
Structured & systematic approach to work
Great attention to detail and results-driven mindset
