STS Technical Services is actively seeking Traveling Field Service Representatives to join our team providing maintenance and training on military vehicles! This is a 100 travel opportunity. 
 
Overall, FSR’s will provide OPNET/FLMNET training (after their training is complete) and will troubleshoot vehicle systems The FSR will help to provide orientation and instruction to key personnel with respect to operations, maintenance, repair and parts supply as well as support efforts for equipment retrofits.

Responsibilities:

• Provide mechanic based field support to military customers within assigned regions
• Diagnose, repair, and service defense light-wheeled vehicles 
• Coordinate with customers and fellow employees to get service and parts expedited to the customer’s satisfaction
• Anticipate and manage customer needs and develop recommended parts stocking requirements for upcoming field or maintenance operations
• Recommend and provide instruction to operators and maintainers on the correct operations and maintenance procedures
• Execute defense, domestic and international field service effort
• Execute defense warranty administration process

Preferred Qualifications:

• Work experience on the JLTV, FMTV, FHTV, HETT, HEMITT or other military wheeled vehicles.
• Degree preferred in vehicle service repair, heavy equipment, or diesel technology.

Required:

• MUST hold an active Class A or Class B CDL
• Minimum 5 years mechanical experience in heavy/light wheeled military vehicles/ 5-10 years preferred
•  Ability to travel worldwide away from home 100 of the time. 
• Ability to obtain minimum – NACI level security clearance. 
• Active US Passport book– good for 5 years + 
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid Driver’s License
