Are you a recent business or economics graduate ready to kick-start your career in a global company? We’re looking for a Business Finance Graduate to join our team in Prague! This is a great opportunity to get hands-on experience across two key areas:

• GEO Credit & Collections (CCT)
• GEO Business Finance

In this role, you’ll get the chance to work on real business challenges while developing skills that matter. Your key responsibilities will include:

GEO Credit & Collections (CCT)

• Managing a portfolio of small customers within the GEO region
• Being the go-to person for billing and payment queries
• Helping resolve outstanding debts in line with company policies
• Supporting accounts receivable activities like cash allocation and reconciliations

GEO Business Finance

• Supporting purchase order management, cost allocation, and accrual bookings
• Assisting the Controlling Manager with ad hoc tasks
• Collaborating with cross-functional SITA teams to sort out billing, revenue, and customer satisfaction issues

WHO YOU ARE

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, or a related field
• Fluent English (written and spoken); other languages are a plus, Italian preffered
• Sharp eye for detail and a head for numbers
• Great communication and teamwork skills
• A proactive mindset and willingness to learn
• Comfortable working in diverse, cross-cultural environments
