Machine Operator – PDS Tech Commercial

PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team and play a key role in keeping high-quality parts moving on schedule. In this position, you’ll work hands-on with modern equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where precision, consistency, and safety matter.
Location: 11711 Arrow Route, Rancho Cucamonga, CA
Pay Rate: $24.35/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM
Key Responsibilities
Set up and operate machines (Mazak or VL86).
Perform pre-operation safety and machine checks.
Read and follow production schedules and work instructions.
Measure, span, and inspect materials to ensure parts meet specifications.
Adjust machine settings (speed, feed, coolant, depth of cut) as needed.
Monitor machine operation and report issues to a supervisor.
Complete production logs and inspection reports using a computer.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Requirements
1–2 years of CNC machine operation experience.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Basic computer skills for production tracking and reporting.
Physical Ability: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
