Joining the TUI Global Business Services Team as an O2C Billing agent, you will be in charge of managing and monitoring at a ground level the Billing process at its different stages.
The Billing team is responsible for the invoicing process of in-house and 3rd party customers around TUI Musement Companies. Additionally, and derived from the very nature of the process, the team is in charge of monitoring, improving, and managing any related issues arising from the Billing process and IT applications that take part in the activities.
The mission of the billing department is to ensure effective billing processes with streamlined billing procedures and the delivery of invoices to customers and partners.
The role will be adverised until the 13th of May and you need to reside in Palma

ABOUT THE JOB
- Issuing and delivering invoices to the customers
- Uploading invoices into client platforms
- Reviewing and solving customer requests or complaints
- Managing and solving incidences related to the invoices accounting entries
- Reconciliation between operational & financial systems
ABOUT YOU
- SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Proficient in all Microsoft applications (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
- Experience in a similar position, carrying out administrative, and accounting tasks
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written, in English
- Dynamic, autonomous, with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Teamwork, initiative & problem-solving attitude
- Good communication skills and customer service minded
