At a Glance West Chester, OH (Onsite)
2nd Shift: Mon–Thu, 3:00 PM–1:30 AM
⏱ Overtime: Fridays (6–8 hours, required)
$20.00/hour
What You’ll DoCut, thread, bevel, and assemble pipe for fire protection systems
Operate fabrication equipment (band saws, Landis machines, torches)
Measure accurately and perform quality inspections using gauges
Move and organize pipe throughout the shop and yard
Operate powered equipment and follow all OSHA safety standards
Cross‑train across multiple shop areas
Note: This is a non‑welding role; advancement may be available based on performance.
What You Bring1 year of machine or fabrication experience (trade school grads welcome)
Strong mechanical aptitude and math skills
Ability to read a tape measure and follow work instructions
Dependable, safety‑minded, and team‑oriented
Preferred: Pipe fabrication experience, industrial equipment operation, or hands‑on manufacturing backgrounds (automotive, diesel, machinery, production).

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
