As a product executive, you will support the Emirates Holidays product team to develop innovative products, which generate demand and high levels of conversion. Provide actionable research findings to meet the needs of the changing spanetplace.

In this role, you will:

• Assist product manager in the planning, implementation and execution of product initiatives in line with the key goals and objectives of the business. Produce ROI reports, post campaign analysis and extract key learnings to aid future campaigns.
• You will be supporting for building and managing strong relationships with allocated suppliers/destinations (hotels, DMCs, attractions, transportation providers, tourism boards, etc.), ensuring optimal commercial terms, product quality, and seamless integration across our product portfolio. You will drive supplier performance, product innovation, and strategic collaborations that align with business goals and customer expectations.
• Actively seek feedback throughout the campaign/selling period from source spanets/distribution channels to identify issues and opportunities associated with optimizing sales and conversion associated with product offering.
• Effectively manage the product administration and support requirements of the business.
• Provide helpdesk/product support by identifying handling issues, incidents and requests, diagnosis and resolution where possible. Communicate appropriately and in an effective and timely manner to requests to ensure business impact is minimized.
• Provide support to the training department with destination training material to ensure employees have the required material to become product experts and optimize sales.
• Create internal sales briefs for campaigns and new product initiatives in conjunction with product manager. Participate in regular meeting with the commercial and contracting teams to obtain feedback and support with respect to the promotion of products in the spanet.
• Support the production of all promotional material i.e. websites, microsites, brochures, flyers, tacticals (digital or print) to meet spanet specific timelines and requirements.
• Assist product manager in regular spanet research and analysis by monitoring trends and presenting key findings to support the Emirates Holidays products.
• Actively support and attend internal and external events and training opportunities.
• Develop and maintain strong mutually beneficial, working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Efficiently support product and sales queries from operations/front line to maximize conversion and turnaround times of quotes/bookings.

To be considered for this role, you must meet the below requirements:

• 12 years of schooling or equivalent.
• Experience in the travel or leisure industry.

Youll have an edge if you have:

• Qualification in leisure/tourism related subjects would be advantageous.
• Previous experience in a product development is preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft applications
• Knowledge in handling booking systems
