Job Overview:
 
Instruct employees on ESD training, solder training, and CAI training.  Ensure operators receive necessary certifications. Technical Trainer also executes the training system including maintaining class roster and training records. Assists and supports Q&A inspection as needed.    Perform work as a Quality Inspector while not performing training function. The following responsibilities are typical of what this position may be required to perform, however they are not all inclusive.
 
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Conducts stand-up classroom operator’s skills instruction.
  • Conducts procedure and inspection training.
  • Maintain training records and files.
  • Representing the site during audits.
  • Tracking certifications.
  • Spot audits of skills and processes.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.
 Minimum Requirements:
  • Minimum of two (2) or more years experience as a Quality Inspector or Operator in an electronics manufacturing environment required.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Familiar with IPC standards, printed circuits and circuits packaging.
  • IPC certifications.
  • Proficiency with complex manufacturing process.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and standard work instructions.
  • Demonstrated outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient with MS Office.
  • Eligibility Requirement: This position may require access to Controlled Data or Information. Where the position requires such access only US Persons will be considered. As a US Department of Defense contractor, we are bound by International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Applicants selected could be subject to a Government security investigation and must meet the eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
