Quality Coordinator

Reporting to: Senior Quality Engineer

We are seeking a Quality Coordinator to join our team and support the delivery of a robust Quality Management System. This role is crucial in ensuring compliance with AS9120, ISO 9001, and aviation regulations, while contributing to ongoing improvement and operational efficiency.

What You’ll Do

As Quality Coordinator, you will:

• Maintain and update the Quality Management System to meet customer, regulatory, and third-party requirements.
• Support internal and procedural audits, including scheduling, preparing documentation, and tracking findings.
• Implement and maintain documentation updates, including manuals, procedures, and work instructions.
• Provide administrative support for Non-Conformance Reports and review them regularly.
• Monitor compliance requirements, review changes, and update policies and procedures accordingly.
• Assist in managing supplier and customer quality requirements, ensuring records and certifications are appropriately maintained.
• Analyse quality data and trends to identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Work collaboratively with the Quality team to support continuous improvement across the business.

What We’re Looking For

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous experience in an administrative role.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Office, and SharePoint.
• Strong numeracy, literacy, and organisational skills.
• Ability to navigate custom software systems for document administration.
• Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A positive, proactive approach with the ability to work independently.
• Strong time management and the ability to prioritise effectively within a varied workload.
