Job Title: Shipping and Receiving SpecialistJob DescriptionWe are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Specialist to assist with the verification and processing of incoming and outgoing shipments. This role is crucial in ensuring the accuracy and condition of shipments, maintaining inventory, and processing necessary documentation.
Responsibilities
- Verify the identification and condition of incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Process receiving and shipping documentation accurately.
- Package and process shipments efficiently.
- Assist in maintaining an adequate inventory of shipping and receiving supplies.
- Conduct audits to ensure inventory levels are sufficient and not at risk of depletion.
- Perform scanning and inventory checks of bins and replenish products as necessary.
Essential Skills- Experience in warehousing and material handling.
- Proficiency in inventory management, scanning, and data entry.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Additional Skills & Qualifications- Familiarity with SAP or ERP systems.
- Competency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience in logistics and inventory control.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
- Willingness to wear safety glasses as required.

Work Environment
This position is onsite, located at building number 91-631 in SAT. The work schedule is from 7:30 AM to 4 PM with a 15-minute break between 9-10 AM and a 30-minute lunch at noon. Overtime may be required occasionally, depending on workload. Safety is a priority; therefore, safety glasses are necessary.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $17.00/hr.
